Executive Committee members are elected annually according to the timelines and procedures in the organization’s bylaws, typically by June to prepare for the upcoming fiscal year.  The nominating committee will present a slate of Executive Committee candidates at the annual meeting, and additional nominations may be taken from the floor in accordance with Robert’s Rules of Order. No Executive Committee member may be appointed without membership approval.
